I've Got It
Mine has reverted back in my dashboard/ video manager, but It hasn't reverted in the search.
Thumbnails changed by themselves a month later!

I've Got It
After trying to fix it a few times, it still remains looking like the right thumbnail in my video manager, but the video picture in the searches still hasn't updated yet.
