Capturing and exporting the frame directly would be better quality than a screenprint.Oh or rather go fullscreen on the video you exported that you actually have the file of on your computer. That would be easiest and best quality

Like i said either in the video editing program or a video player you can export the frame. Sounds like you are suggesting to watch the video and printscreen it, which is...sloppy.From the actual editor before you export you're talking about?
