It can take anywhere up to something like 36 hours for it to show properly.

It doesn't matter really, everyone else can see the thumbnail, its only in the Video Manager it won't appear sometimes

You just have to wait awhile, be patient. Mine takes anywhere from a second or two to update for some reason.

When I upload videos and search them on youtube they immediately come up in the first or second page but when I search for this one its not showing it anywhere!
