Thumbnail not showing up?

New here, obviously, but I see theres a lot of smart people who have been on YouTube for a long time.

I am fairly new and my channel is strictly hobby/non profit

I have never had a video show up as shown below. Plus it only uploaded at 480p max when I uploaded it direct @ 720HD

Thanks for any input on this.

The video might not be finished processing. That has been happening to me. I just wait a little while and it finally came up. It is just a glitch. It should come up soon.

Yeah it is kind of annoying. I uploaded one the other day. It took literally 2 days to process. I just like wow YouTube wow.

Yes its been up for about 30 hours now. I have seen it change fro 480p and upgrade a day later to 720HD but the thumbnail has always show up. Plus out of the 1,000's of videos I have seen i have never seen that happen.

Well I put in a request to YouTube through the customer service but I know the wait will be forever... if ever.

Do you have custom thumbnails or do you just use what it gives you? Also good luck with the wait lol.
