Thumbnail help

I Love YTtalk
So i was wondering, my thumbnails wont show up on my videos, which is really bugging me, they are at the required thing, and show in the video manager, but do not on my profile. Any ideas why this is? Its really annoying me and feel like I dont give the professional thumbnail look off if I dont have one on my videos.

Yes those are two seperate videos, I can see the custom thumbnail on my video in my signature, just not on youtube :S
 
This has happened to two of my videos one from a while back and one I uploaded yesterday. I don't know why. It's in the upload customised thumbnail bit and highlighted to choose it but showing to me a random screenshot from my video (not the best face either).

If I work out how to change it I will let you know
 
It's a glitch on youtube! If you put in the thumbnail in the video editor, instead of doing it on the upload screen, it does this sometimes!
I can't see half of my thumbanils, but I know everyone else can! So it's annoying... But it's not really a big problem!

If you just delete your cache you should be able to see them.
I do this from time to time if I update my thumbnails, because I hate to not see the updated ones x]
