I'm thinking for a thumbnail with that title is the same font/size on the bottom, but instead of a picture of you that we can barely see, 3 side-by-side pictures. Each of those will be a close up of a product that is featured in your video. Lighted well and really big so you can see the product well.

Good way to put the title on the spotlight, bad way for anything else. I like to see the content itself in the thumbnails as well. This one is pretty plain tho. :/
