Thumbnail Error?

I'm trying to upload thumbnail for my videos, but when I try to upload it, it seems to take forever, and then says try again, it also disconnects me from Xbox too.

Help would be appreciated if anyone can give me any advice.

I've had the same problem yesterday but than i found out that the thumbnail maximum size is 2mb and mine was 11.. could be this ?

Managed to find out it was 3.47, actually works now and video is updated with a thumbnail, thanks for your input & help

Perhaps try reducing the size of your image file by reducing the quality of your image and/or resizing it to make it smaller.
