So before I start, let me just say that I am by no means an expert, I just am speaking from experience.
Firstly when I went to your channel you don't have a channel trailer. I think that is definitely an important thing for people to first come across. Atm its who you are subbed to. You want to have your videos ready on display for new viewers.
For me I would say that your thumbnails are a bit too bright and contrasty ( in the corners )
Have a look at mine ( I am not saying it is correct, just personal preference )
There are a couple of editors that you can use online which are easier than photoshop.
Also bear in mind that when people scroll through yt there are thousands of thumbnails that look similar and 'boring'
Try add an exciting color flare or definition to your thumbnail to make it stand out.
