You go silent for a lot of the time whilst your playing, also shorter episodes are better and usually draw in more of a crowd because people have the time to watch your videos. Recommended time is around 3-5 minutes per video which also means you get more episodes for your channel which means you can upload more regularly.
You also need to smile when you speak, you sound generally bored when you play and it isn't fun for us to listen to. Also think of doing a collaboration with another youtuber, then you can be known on there channel and you'll be known on their's which means you share subs, also it means that the entertainment factor of the video will go up too.
