Thoughts on my Banner, maybe?

As you guys know, we were all forced into the new layout- if we didn't chose to switch over. lol
I had been freaking out about it, and have been working on this banner for a little while and refused to have anyone do it for me because I wanted something specific for my banner ( the end result was not what I wanted, but it's not too bad lol) and If I was going to be annoying, I much rather annoy myself and waste my own time. haha

Anyway, I was just wondering if you wonderful people could check out my banner and tell me what you think.

Is something missing? What is it?
Does it seem "me-like"?
DOES IT SUCK COMPLETELY, AND SHOULD I GO CRY IN A CORNER?

I'm glad. I had to re-save it in paint and the quality suffered a little so I was worried about that.
