This one guy dislikes all my videos...

I had a guy who downvoted all videos in on of my series too. See it as a milestone: You are now important enough to be hated.

Same here.

Usually, I'll upload a video and within the hour it has one dislike.


Or, I'll go a week/2 weeks without it then all of a sudden all my videos I uploaded will have 1 dislike.
 
I had two subscribers from Ireland like this recently. Within a couple of hours, they'd dislike my new videos. Lost two subs from Ireland this week, guessing it was them. No dislikes on my latest video anyway.

I liked getting the dislikes tbh. It was two guaranteed views and guaranteed engagement. YouTube likes engagement, whether it's positive or negative.

I really, truly can't understand what people have against dislikes. When I started, I found it a little disheartening but it doesn't bother me in the slightest now.
 
I wish I had a loyal troll or two. That way I would have some guaranteed comments and views at least. My channel can not even keep a troll. What does that tell you?
 
Just ignore them - as other have said, it's a view and engagement that YouTube takes into account.

They are just the equivalent of keyboard warriors; only they are afraid to show who they are.

It's impossible to avoid this. The best thing you can do is just ignore it and keep doing things as you always have (while getting better at it of course ;)). Consider it a milestone of sorts, that you've gained one of these people who care about you so much that they'd spend their time and energy just to do that, even though they don't even like you.
