This new creator needs your help

Hi there, I'd like to introduce myself first before everything so..
I'm Duane but I use the name Imoki in the internet and I've had my youtube channel since 2012, I have been thinking of making youtube videos but didn't have the courage to do so. + I used to speak english pretty bad before (I hope the way I speak improved ;- but anyways, I just need help on how to get views and subscribers since the only people who've watched my videos are my close friends ;-; Any tips you guys can give?
