This channel does not exist

Hi there,

I have a company youtube channel. I sign into yt no problem. I can upload videos. I can't find my channel though when I search for it by putting my company name at the end of the url in browser or just a regular name search. It says this channel does not exist yet I can sign in to it.

I thought this was gonna be some weird joke like I open up the thread and it says "It's all in your mind... there is no channel here... move along..."

Lol. As to your problem I have no idea. sorry.
 
Hmm...I'm not sure if this applies? It's how you fix your channel link for YTtalk.... But you can try it:

Thanks, I tried to do the custom url but it says channel name is taken.. because I am already using it. It does not make sense. That video looks good. I am just leaving the office but will watch later and report back. Thank you again.

You have to make a custom YouTube URL, the original URL is some random numbers If you go here youtube,com/account_advanced you should be able to change your URL, I didn't realize KloudTech was taken when I made my channel so my URL has to be TheKloudTech
EDIT: I saw you got an answer, If your URL is taken try adding something different or simple to the URL, like I could've done iKloudTech or something like that :)
 
I tried the custom url earlier but it said that name was taken. It is a unique name so not sure somene would have it. I can't find it when searching either. When I sign into yt it says I am logged in as the name I want. Will troubleshoot shortly. I have the custom name associated with a google+ account but it wont' let me use it as the custom name.
 
Hi,

Brokenpixel is just a name I signed up to this support forum with looking for help. I am having difficulty with my company name. I won't post that name here. I am just looking for help with the problem. I hope to check out that video above shortly. So just to be clear I a not looking for help with Brokenpixel, that is just something I made up to post my problem.
