Thinking of fan interaction

Hi, I was thinking about getting more fan interaction, I want to create a sort of community.
The big lines of my idea is to let the subscribers chose a game I'll play with them and in the same time creating a minecraft server where my fans will meet to build something really big.
They'd be my army, I really want them to be proud of being part of something and being on my videos and invite their friends to do like an exponential growth for my community.
What do you think? good idea? bad idea?
I really want to be known as someone that cares about every single fan
 
Yes, I think that's a good idea.

Another thing worth looking into is creating an ask.fm page, or a plug.dj room where you can interact with all your fans.
