you relay on youtube too much for income so just like president linx says
youtube is not a job, its not a way to gain income, they are only paying you to make videos
If its not a job for you - its cool, its your own decision, but if another person creates good videos that people like to watch (and gets enough monthly video views to actually earn money) and he wants to have constant moneyflow from his channel - he can treat it as a job and the way to earn constant money if he want.
