Things youtubers do that you hate

False title and thumbnails
Constantly saying "ehm" & "uhm"
Cheesy a** intro and outro
eg. "Hey guys its [insert generic name] we are back with another Minecraft video. Alright guys thats it for this episode be sure to subscribe like and comment on the video, this is [insert generic name] signing off/out]

Those are the main ones.

Oh and also squeakers.

There are a lot of things other youtubers do that I hate so here's my list:

-Use extremely low quality microphones
-Don't use their voice in the video when it would make it way better
-Don't edit at all
-Constantly swear (I can deal with a couple bombs, but when it is more than once per minute, I'm out)
-Think that asking for likes and subs is a bad thing (it's a call to action which fuels the viewers to do what you ask)
-Make videos before your voice changes
-When the volume of their video is really low or high
-Obviously misleading titles and thumbnails
-Comment just for attention
-Refuse to take any criticism
-Think that YouTube will be easy
-Re-upload other people's videos
-Upload another person's music
-Dislike videos without leaving a reason why
-When youtubers don't have any interaction with their viewers
-Last but not least, when people don't improve on their video quality, content, and performance.

That's my list. I'm sure some people are going to disagree with my list, and that's fine. I'm not going to argue with anyone over my choices because I am allowed to have an opinion, and you can have yours so let's not argue over this.

My main one is people that say s**t like "I hope this video made you smileeeee" as if they're about spreading world peace, since the majority of the people that talk like this are giant douches the second they turn the camera off (or it's also on camera)

LOL I found this hilarious and I agree too.

I don't think there's a standard of acceptable things to get annoyed over.
omg why is your video private?? I was psyched to see it dude! And I somewhat get what you're saying btw, fakeness on youtube just sucks.[DOUBLEPOST=1404401596,1404401392][/DOUBLEPOST]

I don't want to argue anymore than you do, but we post these things to discuss them right? your entire list made perfect sense to me except this one, I just can't figure out how you'd even know if a youtuber felt this way. Like.. the only thing I can think of is if you're saying it annoys you that people DONT ask for subs and likes, and that just seems weird to me. Explain please? And have a cupcake with me, cause they're gooood.

I used to think the same way as shinyvictreebel but that changed when I saw how effective it was. It's like the training that they gave me for my server job, just simply by suggesting an idea embeds it in their mind. Then they think about it and it becomes their own (oh wait is that Inception? whatever). So I would ask them if they would like salad, and they would be like yeah... you know what, I do want some salad.

Same thing with the subscribing thing, it is a call to action because it's a persuasion, not an order. They have the right to choose not to subscribe, but you are giving them your opinion that they should, just as your entire video is basically a persuasion for them to subscribe to you. You're just giving them an extra push to see if they want it. If they don't, so be it. =D

The reason behind that one is because I made sure to read through everyone's posts on this thread so I didn't come across as one of the people who posts before thinking, and one of the most popular complaints was people asking for likes and subs. I assumed that everyone on this thread is a youtuber so that is where it came from. It is a very useful tool to simply ask your viewers to like your video and subscribe if they want to see more. I don't see why so many people were against it.

Edit: I was basically saying that I support asking for subs and likes

Ohhhh so you were complaining against a common complaint, not something you see youtubers do. Now it makes sense :P

@UltimateKirbyBoi your argument is flawless if it were against someone who was trying to say that calls to action were a bad thing, I wasn't, I was just thinking that @shinyvictreebel was saying they didn't like it when people DIDN'T do them.
