Never heard of them. I suggest you decline the offer, form their name i can tell that they are a shady network.
Do your research, read the contract and then decide.
So many networks are under RPM now a days :/ I'd suggest no one go for RPM sub-networks nor RPM itself. They're offering s**t contracts now.I read their FAQ on their blogspot website, and every single question is answered with 'contact RPM support for any queries'. It seems that the partnership is actually with RPM, but they play some kind of middle man. It's really, really confusing.
Ethan and his 'team' don't actually have access to the support@rpmnetwork.com email address so it doesn't make sense that TGR would bother sending their partners to it.

Possibly. Depends on the sub-network. I know for a fact, SocialBlade partners go to RPM (directly) for support and help. But if a sub-network opened up, wouldn't they still have their own support rather than delegating it to the 'parent' network?

Social blade is a referral network, I am assuming this one is too. They act more like a recruiter and bring the people to RPM. After that they are pretty hands off with support or anything else. Hope this helps.
Sorry, messed up on that. You're correct.SocialBlade aren't a network though. They're like.... an instigator, I guess. You sign up via SocialBlade, but your partnership will always be with RPM.
