The YouTuber Defect?

My defect is I need to make different films that tell more about the animal shelter so that people feel more of a connection to the work that we do. Right now I don't have confidence in myself to do those types of films.

Its something that will come with time, watch the video 'why i hate my own voice' and that will help understand and how to get over the sound of yourself. Start off by being the voice behind the camera if youre too nervous to be up in front of the lens yet. Write a script of what you want to cover, even bullet points will do, this will help keep down the uhmms aaaahs and sooo's which can make you sound unprofessional, you can also crop them out during the video edit to good effect. I watched your last video, youve got good camera skills and its time to develop your channel a step further, by speaking to your audience you will really start to connect with them.

Personality & health although that's a combination of both youtube & non-youtube related defects but they both coincide with each other. I lack energy due to poor quality of life and thus lack "personality" & enthusiam in some of my videos but I've gradually improved that over the past 6 months or so with the occasional ball being dropped here and there.

Video quality and the time to shoot larger, more elaborate videos. We're getting really good at faking different locations and working within our time limits, but it's not nearly as good as what I'd like to see. I'm hoping by the end of the year, I'll have at least a few videos that I'd consider worthy of mass sharing.
