The Views Lost Thread (Lost views? Post here first!)

I don't know if alot of youtubers do this but I like to keep track of my video view counts. I have been watching and keeping count of it and I was almost to 10,000 views and I was very excited. Today I go to see my views and youtube shot it back down to 9,400. This is the second time they do this. Is there something wrong with the system? I haven't deleted any videos & I don't watch my own videos so I don't understand why this keeps happening. Does youtube have a Customer service that we can either write to or call?
 
Guys it's not an error. These views aren't coming back!

YouTube are getting rid of all views caused by refreshes, clicks from your own computer, botted clicks, fake views, click bombing, etc. They did it in December as well, the whole of YouTube lost BILLIONS of views combined.

EVERYONE is losing views today. Some are losing millions (PewdiePie lost 44 million views!)

There is a thread already about this so I'm going to merge it.
