Bold text = My interpretation
Allow me to clear this out please,

The user they are speaking about has approached us carrying 1 Copyrighted strike requesting a lending hand as he would have liked to be partnered. We have given this person our undivided attention, done our research, contacted not only Google but the company that has enforced this copyright strike. After sometime and a few formal emails, we have come to a resolutions and the strike enforcer has agreed to release the channel. The deal we have made was that, if our client ( Content Creator ) should choose to simply turn around and apply to a different network while we are performing this service for him, ZoominTV would have simply placed these strikes back on. Which is fair enough and has been respectfully acknowledged by all parties.

User had one copyright strike. Zoomin removed it as any half competent network can do in most situations. Zoomin said that if they left the network, Zoomin would restore the strike. WTF? Seriously? So you are holding this over their hea just like was said in the first posts?

This user has later been granted exceptional service from not only the Proprietary network manager but also the Content Aggregator that has recruited him and even the Network CEO, three different employees looking after one partner, even though he certainly is one of Zoomins highest and most respected partners... he is not in the top 5.
Basically Shane recruited him, you moved him from Shane's subsidairy network to your network, had 3 different employees work with one partner which is "exceptional service" for a channel earning you $1000's per month?

In the last week alone, I've talked via Skype with 3 employees of my network just as part of my normal operating contract. And I'm am ~1/10th of the monthly channel size.

ZoominTV has 5 MCNs, only 1 is registered on SocialBlade, you must manually request a listing SocialBlade providing your tracking code for SB to track your network, this creator happens to be on the one enlisted on SB, back on topic regarding this issue. The user you see that has posted this topic is in fact simply a recruiter for a network called "OmniaMediaCO"
Possibly true, but I have no better measure so I have no proof of this either way... However the channel in question is still larger than ALL Zoomin Hub channels **COMBINED** so I think it is safe to say he is still a very significant channel in your network. Top 10? Probably.

To my knowledge he is the exact same user who has added me on Skype around 1 hour ago, rudely starting the conversation with comment such as:

" We know a number of people in Google " and " * Creator * woud be better off with us " and even " Our Playback based CPMs are higher than yours at $11 ".
I'll let Billy handle this one...(see above post(s))

Playback CPM could mean a number of things, normally when this recruiting strategy is applied it means their general Wordwide collective CPM is very low as at times Zoomin has had Auction true view playback CPM at over $100. According to this network, they are number 1 on the CPM scale on Youtube as the top networks on Youtube such as Maker, Fullscreen, Bentpixels, ZoominTV and Machinima ( $2 fixed CPM ) cannot beat that.
Playback CPM just means CPM per monetized playback. It is really, really simple. Yes, that means multiple ads can be shown and calculated. It is the most commonly used CPM number as multiplying it vs Monetized Views gets you total earnings (prior to network split).

As for it being the best paying, I can't say for sure, but I haven't seen a better network out there in terms of CPM in the last few months of looking.

Also Machinima is no longer offering their $2 fixed CPM.

What I believe is wrong is feeding oblivious Youtubers a whole bunch of masked lies in order to try and get them to unlink from what people and this entire community think is one of the fairest and kindest networks on Youtube.

**I do not work for ZoominTV and the ZoominTV CEO was not involved in any of this. 90% Of the information listed by the OP is just a recruiting strategy**

I personally saw a quote where the person on skype (you, I do believe?) claimed to be the CEO of Zoomin. As for this all being a "recruiting strategy" 1) Billy's network is not listed and he has never listed it. In my experience he mainly provides the advice of an industry professional anonymously. 2) I know from personal experience that billy's network would not accept 98% of your network's users.

I still believe that Zoomin still has a good basic contract, at least compared to many. How they (you?) are treating this large channel is opening my eyes.

You did not address:
  1. Switching the contract for this channel
  2. Lowering their contract rev share
  3. Lengthening the contract from 90 days to 3 years (!!!)
  4. disregarding their request to return to the original rev share
  5. Why you would threaten to restore the strikes

" Just from a quick read over I would likely say that you will want to edit your post. As a side not CEO's should not rant on YTTalks. Additionally, myself and multiple other people even from within your company want to help the person. It is truly sad that you will not help him. "

Its quite amusing that you think I am the CEO of Zoomin, take a look at their website mate. Sometimes when you come up and lie straight to a persons face, some lies may be spat out right back at you. I wouldn't have someone like you even remotely be referred to a Zoomin moderator let alone a CEO.

Out of all due respect, you are the sleaziest recruiter I have ever seen in my history of networking, doing nothing more than network bash, bash on a handful of users, bash on the system and boast about how great you and your network are, Well Austin,

I am genuinely happy for your network is thriving. I take my time to speak to a lot of other network owners and content creators, because I do enjoy sharing some experiences and see peoples progress, I never see anybody as a rival, this is my hobby, I love doing this.

Its a shame some people simply have to go down so low as to try and steal other networks partners in form of confusing the partner with false information followed by public network bashing.

Reason why I am backing ZoominTV here: Is because I have incredible amounts of respect for this company, they have done a lot for me, this community and the entire Youtube plain. All they ever do is give, when Networks like yours come over and just take and bash, I simply cannot sit there idly watching their reputation go down when in reality you are simply bringing down your own company reputation.

Fantastic.

OmniaMediaCO Is going to have a fabulous reputation after recruiters like you.
Again please let us note. My name is Billy Gates. I represent no network on YTTalks. As a matter of fact recruiting on YTTalks is not allowed.

You represent ZoominTV, Folera, Sanect, and all of the other networks. You Kam are bashing the name of ZoominTV.

Time to go bold. Let's also note that Shane, Mattz, and probably half your staff have had to chase me around to find who I work for let alone who I am. I am not here to recruit. I simply answer questions and offer advice. I made that clear throughout my posts.

OMG lol bashing ? How ? your the one who is bashing coming out with all these lies :p
Feel free to respond to my earlier post, Azure... or you know, ignore it.

I would really prefer if everyone addresses the facts of this particular situation, then we can have something positive come out of this: a resolution for this channel.

And you are kidding me right ? ALL Zoomin hub channels combined is way way way way bigger than the channel in question
Way to respond to literally one point of my whole post...

Turns out you are right. All the hub channels combined I could find were about 10% bigger than the channel in question when we look at daily views, which is the statistic that is most important for revenue:

(there are more listed below screenshot cutoff, obviously)

I probably missed out on a few small ones, but +10% is not "way way way bigger"

The channel in question has only got 31k subs not that big :p[DOUBLEPOST=1368938050,1368938026][/DOUBLEPOST]
Or are you meaning views ?l

Yes I mean monthly views... dude everything is related to views. Revenue, expected growth, even views on newly released content are just as much if not more from channel visitors (aka views from search) than subscribers.

Can you respond to some of the other points in my big-long-bold comment from the last page?

Basically Shane recruited him, you moved him from Shane's subsidairy network to your network, had 3 different employees work with one partner which is "exceptional service" for a channel earning you $1000's per month?

He only moved him because Shane moved MCN's so therefore could no longer claim the partner.

Well, at least this argument was carried out in a civilized fashion. :O Anyway, please refrain from bashing networks on YTtalk. There's no need for unnecessary drama. It's fine to give your sentence-long opinion on a network, but a grandma story? No thanks. :)
