Umm, I kind of like this one, but I think I have made better ones-

I don't do much work on thumbnails, but so far I think my best one is this one. (I actually had to redo it because I had deleted it -I'm stoopid like that- but it's my favorite so far.

I like how I staged this one to look like King Kong. I did two similar videos and the one with this thumbnail is crushing the statistics compared to the other thumbnail. (880K vs 150K views)

If I shall give some constructive critism, you use too much various colours in that spherical color fade and your text doesn't make too much of a contrast to catch attention. The Minecraft cube could need an outline or rougher texture as it's sorta bland.
