The subscribe annotation?

When I'm watching videos I often see either at the start or the whole way through the video with an annotation that says subscribe and there display picture on their channel. Can someone tell me if it's an annotation or how you add that into your video?

It will appear in all of your videos once you enable it. Even the old ones. It is cross platform.
