The 'Stuck' Phase?

Just keep going, don't get discouraged! I know it's easier said than done, but try to enjoy the ride :) It took my channel months before I even got 100 subscribers. I think it's best to try and focus on constantly improving your videos, and people will eventually find your channel.

Oh and just for the notice, you got 40 subs now I think? ;) Good luck with your channel Nikki, my sister will maybe be interested in you aswell as her friends, I'll make sure I tell them :)

Thanks so much!! & pretty sure you have 39 now [DOUBLEPOST=1423491571,1423491534][/DOUBLEPOST]

Thank you Madeline :) Random but you're really pretty lol

I wouldn't let it get you down Nikki, the early stages are the most painful as I'm experiencing now (Only been going a month), but as long as you keep uploading consistent content people will come, and Sjojo said about telling their sister, and their sister's friends, publicising your channel certainly helps. I for one for a dedicated twitter account and Facebook page which I invited all my friends to follow, and then overtime you upload you post on your other social media that a new video is up (with a link) and people will go watch it!

As far as one video having 2k+ views, some videos really make a hit on youtube and it can be completely random. But if that's what you want more often then find topics people search for a lot (setup videos are all I can think of off the top of my head), and with views comes subs!

Thanks TigerTebbTV :)
Yeah i think i'll definitely make a new facebook account (i deactivated mine ages ago) just for my youtube channel.
So far i only have & use Twitter & Instagram, it seems to get views but not as much as i thought & would like haha
I wish I got as many subs from that one video I have that got 2000+ views!! :eeks: But yeah i guess its all just more patience & perhaps more towards luck than anything!

His sister my friend, his sister ;) But what Tiger says here is certainly true and also what Madeline says is true. I'm also thinking of getting a Facebook page up for my channel. I'll see about that! :)

No problem! We all joined this forum to help each other with our youtube ventures, so in a way it's what we are here for!
