The Power of Friendship

Okay, you probably read this title and thought that this is some fairy tale or something, but this is an actual, serious topic. Making friends on YouTube can be the best thing that can happen to you and your channel.

The first reason why it's great to make YouTube friends is because you are getting to know more people who are interested in the same topic as you. I have met tons of people who are just as into Pokemon as I am since I started making friends on YouTube, and it's awesome to get to hang out with them on Skype.

The second reason why making YouTube friends is good is because you help each other grow. You can do collaborations, you can feature one another's channels, and much more. For me, I am going to be starting a collaboration channel with my friends in March so that we can all help each other grow as a group, and these are the sorts of things that happen when you have friends on YouTube.

I hope this post has been helpful, and I'm glad to be posting on here again. It had been way too long.

It's all about reaching out to other people with similar content and similar interests through comments, PM's, or other messaging formats. That's how I met most of my friends on YouTube, and now I participate in 8 person Skype calls on a regular basis.

oh the technology now with the skype calls and 8 person rooms, I had to meet people at the library by sending them mail through the postal office
 
Maybe it's me, but I asked some people to collaborate, and so far I haven't made neither friends, nor collaboration. But it's all my fault, in the end. Nobody wants to collaborate with a channel they won't earn anything from.
