The new youtube layout: Like or Dislike???

It's not customizable and it's easy to forget where common functions are located. It sucks.
 
Its great! My daily views and subs jumped since the new layout introduction. Also thumbnails are coming out much nicer. The only thing what i dislike is that your views is not displayed on the front page.
