They advertise 3$ CPM means you'll get like 1$ per 1000 views right? Since not all views are monetized.

No , 3$ CPM means , literally , 3$ per 1.000 monetisable views (that is , all desktop views except adblockers and some mobile views (youtube is working on mobile views with ads) )

Alright. From your experience, what's the average % of these non-monetizable views?
