The network with the best CPM ?

Nearly all gaming networks, own licenses and music librarys, that statement just said rule out the small networks as they are the only people who don`t provide those services

JosTheReal : I'm testing different games on my channel. I don't to upload only videos of one or two games. I want a diversified channel, but obviously, the games are not free, it's why I need money, for pupose to my subs a big choice of video, if you know what I mean...
RPM have a really little CPM...
1.6$ per 1000 views, but RPM takes 40%
So just 1$ for us, but I'm not american, so I have the conversion of the $ in € => approximatly 0.8/0.7€ per views...
So which network do you recommend me ?
Anyway all the networks offered the same things : banner, thumbmails, streaming etc, just the CPM change...

I have 2 things to say,
first of RPM Networks CPM is still not that low, even their RPM isn`t that low
seconds Premium networks or some of the bigger, do provide more than the default features.
e.g. I would say a network that sell their own ads + has dashboard is a must

I also do game videos of alot of games and have a very big library of games, but I see it as a hobby. A hobby costs money.
I like to play games and like to share the gameplay with people who don't know what to buy.
I see the earnings as an extra, but if I don't get money for it i'm fine too.
All games together would have cost me over 1000€ for sure, but that's what a hobby costs.

CPM is variable and depends on how well your videos are made, how long people watch, all that good stuff. For example I'm with RPM but my CPM is never under 6$ =)
