Hey Everyone I thought this would be a really cool way to share ideas on how to grow your channel as well as get advice on how to improve your channel. So please reply below answering the following questions

1. The Key to MY success on youtube is....
2. In My analytics, a majority of my views comes from these two sources _____ & ______
3. In order to generate views from these two sources I mostly focus on _______


My Answers

1. Engagement. I love what I do and I not only value my time but my viewers time and when they comment I do my best to reply to everyone. I also make videos by request of my subscribers and incorporate them in my videos

2. Suggested Video, External Sites

3. My social media presence and my topics.
 
Awesome idea! Loved reading yours. Here's what I'd say for us:

1. Audience Involvement. As we all know, YouTube is NOT television and I think us taking advantage of that has been a big part of our growth so far. Especially since our audience is primarily kids, they love being able to interact with us and participate in the various ways we try to actually involve them in our content.

2. Mobile apps and direct traffic, YouTube suggested video

3. We try and really utilize mobile traffic sources (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, we're currently working on an iPhone app, etc.). We try to keep in mind relevant and upcoming events to focus videos around to help drive more suggested video traffic. Challenges and reaction videos have been successful for us.

Um...You're beautiful. Just needed to say that.
 
Haven't had success yet. Well, I mean I have had videos get thousands of views in the past *some on my old channel*but that's not enough for me. I have bigger things in mind.
 
1. I'm not really sure how to answer this one, but I guess I can say engagement haha

2. Mobile apps and direct traffic (43% :eek:) , Youtube Channel Page (15.2%)

3. My analytics are all over the place, D: (Guess people just seem to like going on my channel), but I do post on twitter alot :3

I also got 2 views from a Youtube partner promotion and I'm not even partnered haha. :confused:
