The difference between Subscribers and Views...

I don't even pay that much attention to subscribers anymore. I have almost 2,000 subscribers, yet get around 100-200 views per video. They don't even come close. Don't worry about that regard, it's not your fault. Then again, the more interactive, engaging and regular you are, normally the more audience members you can retain.
 
Thanks for the kind words everyone! This is something that was really bothering me, and you guys kind of soothed me, so thank you!

One thing I think I can improve is keeping a regular schedule, maybe that will get more people watching my videos...
 
I switched from my old channel because I had a lot of inactive subscribers, but you will always get way more views than subs.

You will always have more views on subs I have almost 1000 views on my channel but 43 subs. when you subs watch your videos thats how your view count will always be higher then your sub count, also just random people just browsing through your videos. Not everyone's gonna like your videos obviously, and you can't make them so just keep doing what you're doing and you will get there :)

Well first off, people can't really subscribe to you until they see one of your videos :p
And plus, you will be getting views from people who are already subscribed to you so they can't subscribe again.
 
With games it could be that they really love your videos. They just want to play the game themselves first before watching your playthrough. Maybe you get the views later on.
