The biggest problems with YouTube

1. Make the processing/uploading quicker and less painless. By maybe after its uploading have a "publish" button so you don't have to race the uploading to add your description and thumbnail and tags.

2. Improve the search engine to help find what you are looking for better.

3. Fix the stupid subscription bug where it doesn't show you some of the stuff people upload (pisses me off when I miss peoples stuff lol)

4. Allow more customization to the new channel layout (I like the new layout as I get a lot more views from it). this can be done by maybe adding a custom boarder on every new section of video lines/ playlists you have set up (example: the recent uploaded, singing stuff, ect.)

5. Fix the thumbnail bug of it cutting off some of the picture and not just re adjusting it to fit.

6. make the front page of you tube be better at directing you towards your subscriptions new stuff and not just keep showing you the same crap over and over -_-.

Other then that there really isn't anything "wrong" with youtube.
 
YouTube needs to make the layout better. No, I'm not asking for it to go back to the way it was in 2005. A website has to keep on changing to stay fresh. However, they keep on removing good features and making new, more conplicated ones. For God's sakes, it's difficult to change your profile picture nowadays!
 
I absolutely hate the sub boxes. It's incredibly annoying to have to scroll down so much to catch videos I've missed. Also, I hate all the Google Plus integration stuff.

Also, I know it's a small thing, but why is the website left aligned? There's so much white room on the right which gets slightly annoying.
 
Youtube is so f*cking white! My eyes bleeds every time i go to the site. Make it more eye pleasant or colorful lol.
 
Some automated bulk annotation would be useful.

More draggy/droppy stuff would be nice (drag videos into playlists and stuff).

I'd like to hear why Google+ has a negative impact on your YouTube channel and content from those that want it gone...
 
I wish they would make the Google+ integration optional. I also wish they would go back to the previous youtube channel designs. The banners were a lot better looking and more appealing and allowed for better customization. Also the biggest one to me is that they NEED to fix the sub boxes. So annoying missing uploads and my subs not getting all of my videos.
