The biggest problems with YouTube

I'm curious what you guys think are the biggest problems with YouTube. What could YouTube do to improve itself to make it easier for creators? I'm not talking about doing things for you, but maybe making it easier to do things yourselves. Is it finding channels to collaborate with? Difficulty marketing? Things like that.
 
I find it difficult personally with collaborations but that's because of where I live.
I hope to one day be able to travel and create videos with similar audiences to mine, but unfortunately I just live in the middle of nowhere really .-.
Not exactly a YouTube problem, but you mentioned collaborations :')
 
I think that it would be great if YouTube made it easier to find channels to collaborate with. Prior to finding this website, it was next to impossible to find people in specific areas that wanted to collaborate. Great channel, by the way. :)
 
How YouTube could be better:

1) Remove all Google+ intregration.
2) Update their video player, currently its pixeltube. I would really like to say Flowplayer introduced for videos. (If you dont know what it is, check it out.)
3) Bring back the old old YouTube channel's back. The ones from 2010. :P

To be the biggest problem is the glitches and the dodgy layout (as in the constant pushing of the same 10 channels all over the website, and whatnot). I don't think that Channel A getting nowhere can ever be blamed on Channel B. I see that alot on this forum and I personally think it's a lame excuse. But the general design of YouTube is awful.
