The best time to upload a video?

Hello my fellow YouTubers, I was just wondering if the time of day and the day itself affect how well your video is seen? Is there a best day and/or time of day to upload a video to optimize for max views? If anyone has had experience with a great time of day to upload, Id love to know! Oh, and my channel is Gaming related if that affects it in any way.. Thanks!

go to your Analytics first, and see where most of your views come from.
For example, my biggest view base is from America, and although It has a wide range of time zones, I try to upload in good time to aim for 13-17 year olds.

So after school , I aim for 6pm, which for my time is about half 11 at night.

So I usually upload then, on a friday is probably even better, since they are more likely to stay up late, no school in the morning.
