It's worse when I see my view count lower than my sub count on a video haha.

I had it too, so I did more than I usually do and added another video 2 days sooner. My count jumped up 30 more people.

It really sucks, and scared the crap out of me cause I was at 96, and it dropped to 94, and then 92. Sucked being so close to 100 and then losing it!

Keep at it. I've found that (Myself being there), in the beginning stages, it's really hard to just have it climb even without you adding any videos.
