I have the option but I am missing just one more dollar to buy the vip since it ran out today so im posting this so i reach 100 so I can help you out one second :p

who know's you probably took to long to comply and it just went away but i saw it also look for it next time when you upload a video and then come back and tell us how right we were:p

i'm a bit sad I thought full vip was only 100 bucks D: but anyways this is the way

it still wont let me post the option so here just go to youtube then account notifications

then under Email Notification's there's a box called "When my video was successfully uploaded" uncheck and save and BAM NO MOAR IRRITATIONS!!!!
