Text looks blocky at 360p

Now I'm starting to think its just my video editor: AVS Video editor but I do notice that other peoples video text looks awesome at 360p. Mine always looks blocky and the color isn't quite as bright when its on 720. I have tried everything that I can think of. I have put my own text in from Photoshop. I made the text huge and then shrunk it down so there went any ridges on it. Put it in my video and it looks almost the same as the text from the video editor! DURRR! I have tried different video formats and they all look the same. I am stumped!

Maybe try another video editor then see if it's the same case...

ITS THE COLOR! I noticed in other peoples videos that bright red was blurry or blocky! Check this out:

Same video editor and now it looks 100 times better! I think I'm going with the mint green.
