It's a good idea to get inspiration from tags on other videos but you need still to choose relevant ones instead of just copy paste.

A tip you can view the page source of the video and check out a video's tags that way if you dont want to use a provider of such services like VidIQ.

All I know is tags are important for views. Tags must be everywhere, on your title, description, tags, I don't know I just drank too much cola. Don't do that Description tags because I believe that's a way to get flagged not sure though.

Yeah, tags in the description are a no go anymore. Though, you can still add tags in a sneaky way, like for example tags are "Game" "Dungeon" "Sword" you can turn into "So in this game, you run around a dungeon and swing your sword" as a long description.
