Well, you wanna use tags that have keywords that people are looking for in relation to your video as well as tagging specific moments in the video related to the subject. And tag anything and everything that has something to do with your video. A video about Batman would have Batman tagged, DC, comic books, whatever villains you through in there and tags like "Batman fights Bane," and the Batmobile if it shows up. Interesting way to describe SEO, but that's pretty much it. It helps to google your subject matter and see what comes up. It will give you ideas of what to put in your tags. And your description should always mention the subject matter at least 3 times by name. Working your tags into the description will also help, but do it naturally. You don't want it to be too obvious. And use titles that will grab people's attention and ones that are likely to show up in search results.
