Tactics for getting more Subs

So this question im sure there is a thread on this but I would like to give what I have done allready.

I use popular keywords related to my channel and video.

Thumbnails, I am very limited with photoshop but i was able to make a general thumbnail.

ive been using reditt, man they are harsh over there lol.

twitter and instagram are live and activity is happening there on my part.

I use anotations to ask for subs and likes

please let me know if there is anything I am forgetting I would like to hit from all angles.

I am just learning youtube so any obvious things that I am missing just let me know.
if you have seen my channel / not promoting honest/ please let me know if you like the layout if you dont like anything about it I appreciate your feedback.
