Swearing on youtube

Ok guys ive seen a lots of videos on youtube that they censor with a *beep* when they swear.
But I've seen another chunk of videos that they don't do that?
Can someone explain to me why?

some people add the beep just because they have a big fan base that are young people. there is nothing that says that someone can't swear though.

It is all personal preference and how they want to present themselves on YouTube. Some people want to be role models, others don't care.

I swear a fair amount. I feel like it helps me be unrestrained with my commentary. I swear in real life so I try not to censor myself too much on Youtube.

Is swear here and there. I try not to too much tho, I find it annoying when youtubers only ever swear. Like I like jenna marbles but if I watch too many of her videos the swearing gets agitating.

Quite a lot of the people that bleep their swearing actually do it for comedic effect, I couldn't explain it but for some reason a swear word is much more funny when it's not actually heard xD

I only ever add the beep if I'm in a rage state as I tend to say a lot of swear words within a 30 second time frame. I personally think it adds some humour. That and if you do it right, sometimes you can keep them guessing on the words you were actually saying xD
