Suspended Youtube Channel

So hey everybody! It's drama time xD

Recently my YT-Channel got suspended for breaking the community guidelines. Youtube told me that they were alerted that a program tried to get a lot of information of my subscriber or viewers and this couldn't be possible for a human being which implies that i must have used a robot or an illegal program for that^^
The funny thing about this is that this violation only happened because i updated my cellphone and had to type in my account details for my youtube app once again.
I also wrote this explanation into my appeal and they actually restored my channel.
I don't know if this ever happened to you but ALL MY SUBSCRIBERS ARE GONE >=(
I had to start all over and i didn't even got an apoligy!
This was clearly a misunderstanding in some sort because it must be possible to update my phone without getting my channel closed! I feel like without a network behind your back you have no chance to argue with youtube in any way, which is just a crooked way of include a network into this scenario.

Anyway, let me know if you experienced something like that or what do you think of the topic :)
And of course if you feel something inside help me out if you did enjoy my content^^
 
Man that sucks! I haven't experienced anything like this in the past, but I wish you the best of luck in resolving it. Maybe @Michael may over some helpful advice?

Thanks man :) I'm currently rebuilding my subscriber base but it's hard to contact those who don't have twitter and following me^^
This process should be a bit simplified!
 
That's just awful! I hope something like this never happens again. How many subscribers did you have? And do you plan on trying to get them back?
 
As long as your core finds their way back you will be good to go. Best of luck getting back to 140 and beyond.
 
Oh man. That sounds awful. The people that always looked forward to your videos will come back for sure. Keep building and it will be be better than before. :)
 
Damn thats rough dude :/ More than likley a screw up on YouTubes part rather than yours. God that sucks having to start from scratch again but im sure the loyal fans will come and find you again. You just gotta keep your head held high and keep doing what your doing!
 
It's terrible that this happens, but it does indeed happen. Usually when you get a lot of false reports made about you from multiple accounts. There are people out there who actively flag videos of people they get jealous over.
