Hello! If you wouldn't mind, could you give me some feedback on my video (that isn't public right now, so.. You're special!)
The video is a spring/summer lookbook, I've tried pretty hard with the editing and to fight my freaking awkwardness, even though it shows through in a lot of the scenes ect...

Please give me any feedback, even if you think it sounds harsh, I'd like to do more of these in the future and need to know how well I'm doing so far!!

Also, If you want, please give me some feedback on my channel overall,
the video quality (and how to improve it without buying a new camera, which I am saving up for!!)

My thumbnails (which are changing again, The Lookbook thumbnail is how I'm going to do them from now on (hand written text instead of typed up, with a few of my own doodles!)
Anything else you can think of!

I am not sure if the border was meant on purpose on the video but I'd look to get rid of it if it wasnt. I had the same problem and found the solution by changing my preset to youtube 1080p during the export stage. Also perhaps scaling your video may work as well

Do you mean the black lines down the side? or the white-ish lines? The whiteish lines I can't help, thats how my camera records and if I try to stretch the video to fit the whole frame it looks ugly af. I'll try re-uploading it on 1080p to get rid of the black lines[DOUBLEPOST=1432766157,1432757038][/DOUBLEPOST]Actually it doesn't have those black lines around it on actual youtube.. I re-uploaded it before I thought to check and it took so looooong

Sup, gurl. So I woulnd't say you're awkward BUT I'd say some scenes it appeared that you were trying hard to "impress" the camera. Like around 1:14 you don't look comfortable in your own clothes lol Maybe that's just cuz you were disrobing in the yard instead of in front of a mirror. Maybe it'd help if you had music playing while you filmed so you could feel the vibe you're going for. But still, you know I enjoyed it! :thumbsup2:

I'd always be awkward, I hate filming stuff like this, I'm naturally an awkward inconfident person (one of many reasons I'd never be able to be a model) and I feel real stupid pulling stupid poses and being all confident and arrogant looking.. Thats just me, I tried to filter out all of the really awkward parts haha..
Yeah, I get you though, I'l try harder next time ;~;

Hahah MAYBE that's the problem! You cut out that parts of you being "real" you and instead focused more on being someone you're not *violins* haha but really you should embrace it if you think it's awkward.

I hope those are tears of joy. To basically repeat above, stop trying! And be yourself. If I wanted to watch runway poses, I could get that elsewhere! Unless its you're goal to be a Victoria Secret model! Don't feel you have to do it if it makes you uncomfortable.

I think next time I'll make it more of a joke, now that I've made one already I feel less need to be impressive! lmfao
I totally want to be a victorias secret model, I mean, Its' my calling..!
But yeah, I will try to be less posey and more funny next time, almost take the p**s out of what I'm doing, I think I'd be more comfortable that way, maybe?
Besides, I won't be doing another one of these for at least a few months! got time to practice my vogue face

I really like the style of this video! Have you ever thought about putting text at the very beginning of the video that explains what it's about? Kinda like you did in the thumbnail. Also I liked the shots of the garden, but maybe for the next video you could focus more on showing yourself and outfits, and less of the garden. Lastly, I think it would be really cool if you took one piece of clothing, like your flannel, and showed all the different ways that it could be worn! That way you could show off even more outfits in one video, if you wanted to :)
