Suddenly can't get noticed. Feel stuck. What can I do?

I've Got It
So suddenly, I stopped getting noticed on YouTube. I recently hit 300 subscribers, but now no matter how hard I try to promote my videos (not spamming of course) and produce new good videos etc. I can't get noticed.

Do you have any ideas on what I can do? It really feels like I'm stuck and can't get any new views\subscribers no matter how hard I try.

How long has it been like that? Could just be a dry spell before things improve!

You've made like 22 videos I wouldn't worry about not surpassing 300subs it takes a long time to gain attention and sometimes you get dry spells

Just keep posting videos, I too went through a decline & dry spell it lasted for a few weeks then started to pick up, YouTube is very unpredictable, try not to focus on Subscriber numbers, just keep working on your content i'm sure things will pick up.

Don't worry about it. Just keep on creating and the subscribers come. You've made less videos than me and have more subscribers, so it's nothing to worry about :)

Branch out to more (online) communities that are genuinely interested in your content for promotion. You may have simply already gained what is possible from the ones you are active in up to now.

Keep making videos. Attention on YouTube waxes and wanes, and some days you take two steps back in terms of audience retention, subscribers, and views, but if you let that get to you, it's just going to hold you back. Find new outlets for promoting your videos (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Find people to collaborate with. Find new ways of improving your SEO and your video content.

YouTube is about being in it for the long haul, not short-term gains.

Agreed. Just like with many other things in life, sometimes your success plateaus for a little while. Keeping your eye on your long term goals and fine tuning your channel for further growth, look for other avenues to grow your channel. In the meantime, keep putting out new videos.
