Typically, the rule of thumb for sub to view ratio is 1%. What this means is that one percent of your total views will be subscribers (according to this principle). In your case, you have close to 500 views and 9 subscribers so what your doing is great. You should keep doing what you have to do and improve each time you do so and you should be fine. By the way, the one percent rule can be applied to some bigger channels as well if you want to see bigger numbers.
