Subs or views?

With no doubt, views.Views help generate more subs which gets better in the long term
With more subs you are not sure if they will watch your content so views all the way
 
I believe 99% of all my views are from non-subscribers i say views!! I don't care much about subscribers since they barely watch, like, favorite my video's. 85k views from non subscribers and only 1100+ views from subscribers o.0. Lol pathetic xD

I honestly would prefer views more than subs. If a lot of people watch your views, they might be really engaged and sharing it with their friends! Not everyone has a youtube profile so not everyone can subscribe.
 
In the end views help you grow, subscribers don't necessarily do the same. If someone watches your video they watched it. If someone subscribes they aren't guaranteed to watch the videos. So ultimately you can't grow your channel without views. Although I enjoy watching the number of our subscribers go up. I judge my channel improvement not by subs, but how many views I bring in a month. If I didn't do better than the month before then I need to do something different. It's easy to persuade someone to subscribe... But to encourage someone to watch regularly is a whole different story.
 
I would have to say views, there are so many channels that have thousands of subs and get like 10 or 25 views per video and it looks silly. I admit to looking at a channels subs when I first visit but if I see a dude or gal with a bunch of subs and no views it screams to me people didn't really enjoy what was being posted and doesn't encourage me to watch most of the time.
