Hey,
So you can obviously click on the link below for my channel to check my channel out to see whats wrong with it a few months ago i was getting around 50 views a vid sometimes near 100 i now only get less than 10 views i do FIFA vids and its died out at the moment until the new one comes out i did the basics back then and now have broadened out a bit any suggestions on whats gone wrong and what can i do any advice is helpful.
 
One thing I have noticed is the thumbnails, your recent thumbnails aren't as bright as the older ones and they letters aren't as big and dont stand out as much, this could be a reason why you are losing viewers because people look at the thumbnails before clicking the video so it needs to stand out :)
 
maybe you got to get some friends and family to start getting the popularity up first
 
It could be that it just goes in waves. Right now, I'm at a point in my channel where I'm getting under 20 views a video too, but that only lasts about a week or so then it goes back up to the normal 30-50 a video.
