Hey there fellow Tubers and other gals and guys, I was wondering if you could help me out with something.
I've been stuck at 52 subscribers for the last week or so, and I can't figure out why. I was getting subs pretty regularly about a week ago, then I started to change my thumbnails and SEO a little bit to be BETTER and now I'm getting less subs. I'm getting more views, which I know are better than subs in the short run, but I want to know if there is anything I can do to get more people to sub. I've even been starting to do Calls to Action at the ends of my videos, I'm starting to add annotations (Which I really need to get better at) and my videos have been fairly consistent in content.
Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong to be stuck the way I am? I just hate seeing that 52 sit there and mock me.
