Stuck on 300 subs - What to do now..... Tried Everything!

I agree with @Jsnow the quality is very important. Especially in an over saturated market like gaming. There are SO many gaming videos being added daily. You need to make sure your content and quality are so good that when people do find your videos they want to continue watching your videos.

So me and my friends are stuck on 366 subs ATM, we have been doing Youtube for over an year.
We only did gaming until some weeks ago. I just got the feeling we have been stuck for so long. Last time I saw a big chance was when one of our Minecraft Videos got an insane amount of views (over an year ago).

I just got the impression that everybody are doing gaming videos... Its easiest thing to do, and people can still be kinda anonymous.

Tried to improve everything i know, I've read so much about tags, branding, promotion, fan finder, shout outs, gateway videos, natural growth.... I don't know what to do now, other than just continuing making videos, but is that gonna help on my problem?

If you guys have the same problems let me know, or if you have a solution for me. :)
I know that Youtube is just for fun, but sometimes You just want a bigger audience... I mean who doesn't :D
Maybe you can try posting on Facebook groups or creating your very own page there? I've had a YouTube account for over 3 years and only have 511 subs so :P xxx

I find it that it is easier to do something that less people are doing :) I one thing about gaming I would not even think about it, because there are so many videos and channels that soon every gamer will be have a channel and post videos :)

I think you should make your content more wide spread. Instead of JUST gaming to vlogs, challenges, and other stuff. If you have big widespread content your subscriptions will grow

collab and cross promote, use social media, ask your viewers to comment like and share, and use relevant tags, post regularly, and really just have fun and forget about the number of subs :-)

Just do a video saying Pewdiepie sucks. Instant traffic to your channel, lol.

That could go either way (as in getting bashed by his fans to death) lol. I would not advise talking about other youtubers in a negative light if your planning on doing this long term. But yes that would technically probably get you views.

Yes I thought about that and that is what i'm gonna do :)

Yea I think i'm gonna make a Facebook page soon, If you guys can recommend any groups I can share my videos with?
And Good luck with Youtube :)

Yes its really not about the subscribe number... Its more that somebody watch the videos, I would call it "Followers" or "Fans" People there watch my videos and are active :)
Yes I'm using many different social media sites, especially Twitter. I think i'm doing my best... but I can always get better :)

Btw I'm in a skype group with some other Youtubers i met through Youtube, where we plan out collabs and just help each other out (Both gaming and "vloggers/ IRL stuff") (Mostly texting in the chat)
If any of you guys are interested in joining the group just can contact me :)

hehehe I'm not gonna say anything bad about other Youtubers unless it's a joke ofc :D

I know haha. But I did see one popular gaming youtuber make a video completely degrading another one that did similar games as him. It was such a mess lmao. I'm just surprised people with tons of subs do that type of stuff. Depending on how you grow you may get other youtubers/streamers talking about you, it just depends on how you handle it(if it's negative).
