So me and my friends are stuck on 366 subs ATM, we have been doing Youtube for over an year.
We only did gaming until some weeks ago. I just got the feeling we have been stuck for so long. Last time I saw a big chance was when one of our Minecraft Videos got an insane amount of views (over an year ago).

I just got the impression that everybody are doing gaming videos... Its easiest thing to do, and people can still be kinda anonymous.

Tried to improve everything i know, I've read so much about tags, branding, promotion, fan finder, shout outs, gateway videos, natural growth.... I don't know what to do now, other than just continuing making videos, but is that gonna help on my problem?

If you guys have the same problems let me know, or if you have a solution for me. :)
I know that Youtube is just for fun, but sometimes You just want a bigger audience... I mean who doesn't :D

if you do this you will have at least 367 subs....

Don't stop making videos. Double check quality as it's quality over quantity though imo when your under 1k subs quantity as a gaming channel (if you still do it) may be your best bet( once you have a following I would post only 1 or twice a day max).
Since after looking at your channel challenges, you must take into consideration your current 300 subs may only want gaming so you are taking a risk switching to irl challenges. For challenges you gonna need to up the ante but in doing so don't get yourself hurt :). Also challenges go well with twitter so if you can get your friends to share it with some simple and clever hashtags that should go well for you.

Otherwise good luck in your choice as it's up to you and it's your channel.

Yes that is right that the 300 subs maybe not want us to make Challenges, but we experienced that after we had a long break. A lot of people unsubscribed even though we made the same kinda gaming videos. I mean 366 subs is not that much and i think that a lot people still wanna watch IRL videos even if they are gamers.

I will do my best from now on to advertise on Twitter with hashtags and stuff
And I'm not gonna do the nutshot challenge as Munchito696 showed, ofc i wanna grow on Youtube but i don't wanna hurt myself that much :D
