Its such a struggle to get subs. I dont have a problem getting views but no one wants to subscribe

The first thing I would suggest to you is to get your channel design up. Add a banner, add some playlists, add a homepage. Spice things up. You'll notice a difference! Channels with no banners and little design seem like they are not being used by a creator. Hope that helps!
