Stealing videos and Monetization

because is more popular than mine with 100k views more,so you ll get to the copied video without even search for it.. absurd.. i already complained but nothing happened of course, youtube doesn protect original creators i guess..

YouTube absolutely protects creators when you file a proper copyright claim. The number of views don't determine who owns the video.

well i guess we ll just have to wait.. because in 24 hours nothing happened to the video that I'm talking about ..

You can file a copyright strike to that channel if you have enough evidence or original creation I think. 2 copyright strikes = RIP that channel

Regardless of copyright, it's against YouTube's Terms of Serivce to re-upload videos uploaded by another user/channel.
Maybe add a watermark in your videos. Something small, but it will prove that you own it.
Nothing too small, you don't want it to be something that can easily be cropped out but then again I've seen some re-uploaders go as far as removing a good inch at the top or side of a video to hide a water mark, usually doesn't bode well for them lol

You might be able to send a message to support. I don't know what level of service you are entitled to because you do not make your subscriber count public.

Apparently, your channel has a video recently unlisted or removed.

What's up with that?

i cancelled 2-3 videos i uploaded several years ago worth of anime episodes,i did it to start my youtube channel, that s why..i didn't know that the subs count is a relevant thing when it comes to youtube support.. i don t see the relationship .

Last I knew, there were different levels of how we got support (the methods) depending on our subscriber count.
